a. Delivery Timelines

Since our outfits are made to order with intricate craftsmanship, we require the following timeframes for production and delivery:

• Gharara/Lehenga: 25-35 days
• Salwar/Sharara: 20-25 days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, and unforeseen circumstances.

b. Shipping Methods & Charges

• We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted courier partners.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

c. Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
• If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

a. No Returns Policy

As each outfit is customized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage customers to review their measurements and customization details carefully before placing an order.

b. Exchanges & Alterations

We do not offer exchanges. However, in case of any fitting issues, we provide minor alterations. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an alteration.

c. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with images and order details. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of order placement via WhatsApp.
• After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations will not be possible.
• If you need to modify an order, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
